We offer a flat rate of $20.00 AUD for international shipping on all of our orders. 

Complimentary international shipping applies to all orders over $1000 AUD. 

We ship all international orders on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis. This means you may be required to pay additional tax and duty to your local customs office when your delivery arrives.

DELAYS
We will do everything in our power to ensure that your products get shipping within the estimated timeframe, but please understand that at times your order may sometimes arrive outside of this estimation.
COVID has had a significant impact on delivery departments. Because of this, please keep in mind there may be some delays relating to this factor.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will be emailed tracking information once the items have been shipped. If you do not receive your tracking details, please contact our team directly.

DUTIES & TAXES
Duties and taxes are determined by the country to which items are shipped and vary from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine these costs prior to purchasing. These costs (where applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery and are not included in the product(s) price. Should you not pay any duties and taxes on arrival, and the item is returned to us, we will deduct the cost of the initial and return shipping from the amount we refund

CHANGING ORDER DETAILS
Please contact us immediately at emporium@lesbronson.com if you need to make a change to your order or any shipping information. We cannot change any of these details once your order has been shipped.

 

PACKAGES THAT A REFUSED
For packages that are refused at delivery, customers will still be responsible for all duties, taxes and shipping costs related to all international shipments. These costs will be deducted from the customer return
